ArcTechnology is a producer of patented arc spray machines. Innovation introduced by this company significantly miniaturized up until recently very heavy machinery for spraying melted metallic coating. They’ve revolutionized this industry and we are happy to be a part of it.
Our task was to design brain of this machine making it durable and what is even more important very reliable. We’ve came up with cost effective solution partly based on industrial automation components and partly on our custom electronics design which later become competitive edge for ArcTechnology company. Machines are being now offered to EU market with grate success.
Currently we are also providing engineering design support for further development of the machine through mechanical modeling and 3D printing services as well as incorporating new innovative features to ArcTechnology product line within electronics and software design tasks.
