Requirement for this project was to create tool for roentgen image analysis in 2D space. Main feature of this software is the ability to measure complicated shapes and forms. User can choose from the list of 6 measurement options which are: Distance, Polyline, Circle, Caliper, Spline and Angle. It is possible to perform measurement task on multiple images and save the project either to project file or export it to PDF or PNG format. Tool has also several options which helps personalise it to customer preference including color line, text size, measurement points, automatic zoom and other. Software is supporting all main operating systems, such as: Linux, Windows as well as MacOSX.

This software can be also used for various industry application where taking quick measurement from images or documents is essential. Next step for this tool is to incorporate 3D planner measurement as well as auto edge detection which would open another level of possibilities. This software is designed in such a way that it makes it perfect for further development or integration with current customer software infrastructure.

Functionality of the tool was tested against coordinate measuring machine Wenzel LHF3020 40/CNC in temperature controlled laboratory.
