Thanks to Vitelon engineering we have manage to implement newest technology to automation systems while keeping innovative reliable design flexible and ready for integration with industry environment.


Intelligent Automation Controller

Vitelon team developed custom programable platform based on Linux kernel optimized for real time tasks and machine learning analytics. Our device is a soft PLC based on IEC61131-3 standard equipped with multicore architecture specifically optimized for machine learning and neural network applications. Out platform is capable of handling various communication protocols in order to provide stream of data and information to the system. Control functions are performed similar to a standard automation controller, using couplers and IO cards or using I2C protocol for direct sensor integration.

Our platform can be used as a stand alone PLC device with 7 inch Touch Screen build in or embedded headless system with possibility to add external touch screen via HDMI and USB connection.

Connectivity

Vitelon goal is to deliver solution which then can be integrated with modern world. It means that we are constantly developing our platform to keep up or very often get ahead with technology development. All of that, to fulfil requirements of our customers in constantly evolving automation industry. To do so it is possible to implement CANopen, EtheCAT, EtherNET, Modbus and PROFINET communication as well as additional extension for BACnet and KNX. Controller is also equipped with OPC UA server functionality for fast safe and reliable communication.

Machine Learning

Our platform takes full advantage of all the benefits of machine learning and neural networks. It is possible to create algorithms and models using most programming languages such as: C++, Python as well as MATLAB for fast pace development.

Thanks to specific hardware architecture and combination of optimized software, our system will outperform any PLC Controller currently available on the market in its class.

For less demanding application we have developed Controller Lite which still handle basic ML computation but with lower response time limited by hardware design.
